Zion Lutheran Church is a member congregation of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod (LCMS). We are are a community of believers gathered around God's Word and Sacraments,
sharing the story of the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ
for the salvation of the world. We have been serving the Hillsboro
community for over a century and look forward to the opportunity to serve
you as well.
In addition to our preschool, we are members of the Westside Lutheran School Association, which owns and operates Forest Hills Lutheran School, south of Cornelius.
News & Announcements
• Rally Day-Sunday, September 12, 9 a.m. Come join us at Zion as we kick-off the education year with new adult and children Sunday School classes.
• Trip to the 28th Annual Hood River Valley Harvest Fest- Saturday, October 16 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. We have rented a luxury bus to take us to and from Hood River. Cost is $25 for the bus ride. Cost to get into the festival is not included. Please turn in your check or cash to Pam Knepper. If you have any questions, contact Pam Knepper.
• Second Annual Harvest Festival- Saturday, October 30 at Zion. Wear your favorite costumes for a special contest. If you have questions, contact Pastor Knepper.
