Lutheran Women's Missionary League (LWML)
Mission Statement:
The mission of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League is to assist each woman of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod in affirming her relationship with the Triune God, so that she is enabled to use her gifts in ministry to the people of the world.
Zion's LWML Officers

Zion's LWML consists of several smaller groups which each meet monthly to do Bible studies or devotions, share fellowship, and plan activities.
- Breakfast Club
- Women of the Word (WOW): meets the third Thursday of every month. Contact Pam Knepper for more information.
- Lunch Bunch
LWML raises money (mites) for mission projects both local and national LWML. Periodically Zion's LWML members meet to work on quilts donated to Lutheran World Relief. The LWML WOW group sells Divine Chocolate the first, third and fifth Sundays to support the work of LCMS Human Care.
LWML Spring Fellowship: Thursday, May 19 beginning at 6:30 p.m. All ladies are asked to bring a salad. The evening's presentation will feature Lacey's House, a full service home for Veterans. Their mission is to end homelessness of U.S. military Veterans. To help them reintegrate back into society and live productive and meaningful lives. All are welcome to attend!
