Worship at Zion
Schedule Sunday worship begins at 10:30 am each Sunday. Special worship services are held during the Advent and Lenten seasons of the church year.
Child Care A nursery, for infants through age 3, is available during the Education Hour and during the worship service at the north end of the hallway.
Hearing Assistance If you have difficulty hearing, Zion has headsets that are available for your use. See the duty elder to pick up a set. They are wireless and work at any location in the church sanctuary.
Coffee Hour All are invited to enjoy coffee and other refreshments in the coffee hour which follows the worship service.
Holy Communion is served in services on the 1st, 3rd
and 5th Sundays of the month. Those desiring to participate are asked
to register with the "Welcome to the Lord's Table" card located in the
pew rack.
We believe:
- Jesus is truly present in, with, and under the earthly forms of bread and wine.
- The True Body and True Blood of Christ are given and shed for us for the forgiveness of sins.
- Baptized Christians who have confessed their sins and trust in Christ alone for forgiveness, strength for daily living, and eternal salvation are invited by our Lord to His table.
Flowers are welcome in observance of special occasions
or as a means of giving thanks. If you would like to sign-up to provide altar flowers, a Flower Chart is available in the narthex.
